Please note: This apartment do not feature self-controlled thermostats. To help keep guests comfortable, we provide portable fans and plug-in heaters in the apartment. If you prefer a specific temperature setting, our team can also manually adjust the building temperature before check-in or during the day upon request whenever possible.

Both the main access to the building and private rooms work with the access codes that guests receive at the time of check-in. This is a private space. You have the entire apartment to yourself.

And just in case you forgot something, there is a 24/7 convenience store located across the street.

Pets are welcome for $25 per pet. We don’t offer cable TV but provide Android/Roku boxes so you can stream your favorite services like Netflix and Hulu. A standard HDMI cable is also included for your convenience. The apartment has central air conditioning, though the thermostat cannot be adjusted from within the unit. For added comfort, space heaters and fans are provided. A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition. House Rules: Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, with a $300 fee for violations. Bicycles: Welcome at no extra charge.
