☀ No Smoking, Drugs, or Littering – Smoking, drug use, and littering are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the house, on the porch, and on the deck. A $50 violation fee applies for smoking outside, and a minimum $200 fee applies for smoking indoors.
☀ Security Cameras – Please do not tamper with the Ring video camera.
☀ Screen Doors – Keep screen doors closed at all times.
☀ No Eating in Bedrooms – To maintain cleanliness, please refrain from eating in the bedrooms.
☀ Oily Products – Avoid contact between oily products and the headboard of the queen bed.
☀ Check-Out Time – 10:00 AM. Late check-outs will incur a fee, as we need time to prepare for the next guests.
☀ No Third-Party Bookings – The reservation holder must be the one staying at the property.
☀ No Additional Guests – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur an Extra Guest Fee of $50 per person, per night beyond the maximum of 6 guests. Additionally, a fee of $50 per visitor will apply for any day visitors exceeding the 6-person limit.
