I stay here every time I visit the area and they never disappoint. I’m always greeted with a smile and the staff is so kind and respectful on all shifts. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Parking was a little more difficult than usual this trip but it’s expected this time of year in that area. Staff was helpful with the issue and resolved it, ensuring I had somewhere to park that wasn’t too far of a walk. I will always choose to stay at this location when I come the PA.

The property looks clean however in my room there was a giant dark stain on my mattress cover….so gross. This mattress cover should have been thrown out…see attached picture. The air/heating unit was also sooo loud. It sound like flimsy sheet metal blowing in the wind all night. The hotel has done nothing as far as compensation and I’m even asking for a full refund. Stay somewhere else in Cranberry.

Told upon checking in Sunday that there was no chance to have our room cleaned before Tuesday check-out. It took 3 calls Monday before we could get someone to merely empty our wastebaskets.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, at 10:45 pm, my husband had to go to the front desk as there was a group of children around 12 years old, running around the hotel, screaming, and slamming doors. The children ran past the front desk multiple times with no adults in site so we did not understand why staff did not say anything. This continued until about 11:20 pm. Other than the loud children, the stay was overall fine.
