Pet Policy

We love our guests — both human and furry. To help keep the home comfortable and safe for everyone, please review and follow these pet guidelines.

• Pets are only permitted if explicitly allowed in the listing.

• Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.

• Maximum weight: 50 lbs per pet.

• Pet fee: $45 per pet, per night.

• Pets must be supervised at all times and may not be left unattended, even in a crate.

• Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds, chairs, sofas, tables, or counters.

• Household items such as plates, cookware, utensils, bedding, and towels are for human use only.

• Please do not bathe pets in the sink, tub, or shower.

• Service animals are welcome as required by law.

• Emotional support animals are not classified as service animals under

U.S. federal law and require prior written approval.

• Unauthorized pets or pet-policy violations will result in additional charges, eviction, and

reporting to the booking platform.

Guests love being close to cafés, parks, museums, and some of the city’s most iconic attractions, all while staying in a neighborhood with real character and a true Pittsburgh feel.



Getting Around:

Getting around from this North Shore location is easy, whether you’re walking, driving, or using public transit. Many of Pittsburgh’s biggest attractions are close by, and downtown is only a short trip away. Pittsburgh Regional Transit also makes it simple to get around the city by bus or light rail.

• Acrisure Stadium — about 5 to 10 minutes on foot; light rail access is also available nearby.

• Andy Warhol Museum — about 5 to 10 minutes on foot.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Free street parking is available, but please be mindful of street cleaning schedules.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in or on the premises.



Families with children and infants are welcome.



This home is part of a duplex. The two units are mirror images with the same size, design, and layout. Only one unit is pet-friendly, this one, on the right side of the building.

If you would like to rent the entire duplex for a gathering, message us about booking both homes.
