Room - it’s full of dusty, disgusting smell all night , very hot inside the room, no proper cooling system, heavy noice from Ac, heavy loud vent systems, lot of noice from bed while moving, no fridge, no microwave oven. Horrible stay overnight, I never stay again in Red Roof and never recommend.

One of the towels were dirty. The sink faucet was broken. We had problems locking the door. The refrigerator had leftover salad dressing in it that was moldy and the room smelled musty like someone had been smoking in it!

I asked to have my room safe reset for usage 3 times. The safe was never reset and I was not able to use it. After day 3 of my stay, room service had never inquired if I needed any sort of service. I had to call the front desk to have the trash removed, clean the sink and shower and fresh towels. There was a lot of loud noise in surrounding rooms all throughout the night preventing sleep. I've stayed here at least 5 or 6 times in the past several years when visiting Pittsburgh. I won't be staying here in the future.
