Staff friendly, but room not clean.

Although staff was really nice, room was terrible. Oily condensation running down walls. Hair on walls, sink and tub and hole in wall. Didn’t feel comfortable showering in the tub or walking barefoot because the floor is dirty.

Has gone total downhill

The place over all is dirty looking an old cleaning not good hair n dirt on bottom of toliet towels n bed sheets look dingy at first site it looks clean but once you start looking around the room its nasty..Best thing in this place is tv ...overall would not recommend. It just a cheap sleep for nite.

So disappointed

This was a Red Roof MINUS. Building is in disrepair. Will not stay here again. The Red Roof in Greensburgh PA is so much better!

I Hate Giving a Bad a Review!

Let me first say that the staff was nice, the coffee okay, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Unfortunately, that's about all the positives I can mention. This Inn was THE most uncomfortable and disheartening place we've ever stayed in this country. Everything from having to change rooms, to dirty inside and outside spaces; to stained bedding, wash cloths and towels; to a dirty toilet, floors, and walls; to food in the fridge upon arrival; and horrible beds...this was a very, very unpleasant stay. In our efforts to save a little extra cash for Mother's Day weekend, we learned quickly that we will never do that again, or return to this place for any reason!

Right away you could tell the floors were not vacuumed or mopped. It literally looked like they came in changed the bedding and added new towels. There was old towels still hangung up in the bathroom and there was blood smeared on the door frame. For a smoke free room, our bedding had cigarette burns in them.

Walls stained, mattress very uncomfortable. Smelled overwhelmingly of cleaning products. Had to keep door open for a hour to air it out. Elevator is stained and dirty.

Dirty and showing it's age.

This hotel is showing its age with thread bare towels and stained comforters. A few of the towels looked dirty as well. The plate behind the toilet fell off during our stay. You get what you pay for I guess. We will not be staying next year.
