Bad hotel

It was bad they gave us a used room the room had bugs in it the shower head was coming out the people next to us was up and loud all night and walking back and forth all night making our dog bark when we was there people the people keep going ouside when we go outside even when we bring our dog outside
It was like that when they gave us the room
The sink was clogged up when we was trying to wash our hand it got clogged up it looked like someone messed it up before we got into the room
The shower head was off when we went in the room the shower head looked like some was trying to pull it off
In our first room 338 the ac wasn't work then the coffee thing was nasty in they sent us to room 335 and it was worser then 338 there was a bug in our room and there was no latch on the door

The room needs a deep cleaning and overhaul. The door lock took 4-5 tries before it finally opened. When the door opened, the room smelled stale and musty. The air conditioning / heater cover was coming off; we attempted to adjust the unit fan, but to no avail. The floor of the room was dirty and sticky. After showering we washed our feet again before putting on our socks and shoes. In the shower the previous guest's used soap and shampoo were still there. The bathroom door (which didn't close properly) has streaks / stains of something running down it. The knobs / handles to the dressers were sticky. The (king size) bed is worn and lumpy. It needs replacing. The furniture is chipped and worn. The room is sloppily painted. Paint from the building exterior is splattered inside the door, through the cracks around it since the door isn't properly weather sealed. We realized that the property is a Red Roof Inn, but it's supposed to be their "Plus+" brand. It isn't. The reason we gave the property a '2' and not a '1' is because we woke up safe and without bed bugs.

An okay stay!!

The room was just OK. Clean but just old. After traveling I just wanted to relax and watch some TV. FRUSTRATING experience. Instructing me to download something on to my iPhone. I don’t think so! But I finally figured out where the controls were on the back of the tv. Grateful for the iron to freshen up some packed clothes for the rest of my Pittsburgh visit. The shower was wonderful — full and hot.

I was not expecting anything fancy, I realize this is a discount lower level chain motel, but I did expect for the room to be semi-clean. This room was filthy, bugs, loud people in the parking lot all hours of the night. The air conditioner was so loud, it sounded like a helicopter taking off and the front panel kept falling off. Supposedly this was the upgraded premium room… what a joke.

Don’t book if you’re a light sleeper and need the AC to sleep. Our AC compressor was broken and making a horrible noise, we called the front desk to switch rooms and were told that it sounds like that in every room. It seemed like they get a lot of calls to the front desk about the AC noises. We opened the AC to try and fix it, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years
