Frustration

The hotel itself is nice. The room was clean and spacious. We had an issue with the iron and ironing board. They made burn marks on my husband’s clothes that he needed to wear to a wedding. These clothes were expensive and fit him the way he wanted. This caused us to have to go purchase new clothes a few hours before the wedding. This caused stress for my husband. We also had a leaky shower and no shampoo in the bottle that hangs in the shower. I conveyed this information to one of the managers at check out and was told I needed to contact Hotels.com for any assistance. This seemed wrong to me as Hotels.com should not be responsible for issues within the hotel.

There was no hot water the morning we were checking out, we tried to call down to let them know however the phone did not work and when we were checking out there was a long line of people and we weren’t going to wait just to have them say sorry about that. The linens were clean however the couch arms were quite dirty and gross along with the walls it looked like a bottle of champagne was opened and sprayed all over the wall. It was clear it had never been cleaned off of the wall.

Not the Place to return stay.

Hotel issue details 1.all of the issues with the people screaming and hotel not addressing until very late/early am after 2nd exasperated call 2. shower in both rooms. There's a lot of water coming out of the faucet and heavily dripping ALL the time. second room had no hot water in the morning. 3. the first room, the light over the sink was missing bulbs, so it was really hard to see 4. The phones in both rooms were not working, which is especially an issue the first night when it was more difficult to reach the front desk when there was an issue 5. The breakfast at least when we went on our 2nd day. Not a big deal, but the hot drinks weren't hot. 6. TV not set up properly on 1st room

Water in shower was Luke warm at best. Leaking ice machine on 6th floor has so much mold growing on the wall that the wallpaper is peeling off exposing the mold to anyone on that floor. Used bar of soap found in shower upon check in. Breakfast team was kicking butt with the amount of people in the area at one time they kept everything stocked and people moving in and out.

Nice hotel. Convenient. Expected good quality from SpringHill Marriott. Staff was fairly friendly though I’d like them to be more engaging. Was not told when they would service the room but my last night, there was a knock at 5pm from housekeeping, which I declined because it was so late. Walking distance to some restaurants but it was super cold. Uber/Lyft was very convenient and fast.

Toilet ran all night- front desk said maintenance would fix it. They never showed. Stairwell reeked of vomit and unpleasantries. Directly outside the entrance- very strong raw sewage smell. A large piece of metal over the grate (I am guessing to cover up the stench) and woke me up each time it was driven over. I could go on, but worst ever.

Hotel is fine, but room are bit small, the room next door soo loud , the elevator smells like weed, pool not that appealing , for a hotel stay im surprised that need to pay parking on there own property it’s not that fantastic , its an ok place for a short stay , emergency purposes, seen the front desk associate eating and watching the game while on duty it’s not quite professional to me , not recommend if u wanna enjoy the long stay.

The front desk staff in the evenings were fantastic… I wish I gotten her name, but she took excellent care of us throughout our stay. The only issue was the pool & air in the pool area were quite chilly one of the days we were there, and made the pool area unusable for the kids which was a disappointment. Otherwise, a great experience

Good stay, Great location

Allowed early check in. Heated pool could have been warmer and cleaner. Shower/tub diverter leaked a bit. Nothing significant enough to warrant a front desk call. Good stay and excellent location.
