Fair value

Excellent communication with owner. Fast, friendly and courteous. Location is about 450 meters up a large hill from Penn Avenue (bus 88). Apartment is showing its age but fair value for cost.

It was a good price for a bed in a very clean environment. It was in the midst of a neighborhood so it could get a bit loud on the weekend but quiet by 11.
