In order to go from the hotel to the parking deck, you have to go outside, walk up 4 flights of stairs, then take en elevator up to whatever floor of the parking deck you are on. You cannot walk through the casino with luggage and it is between the hotel and the parking deck.

Great stay! Nice hotel with a casino on the river. Staff were nice, room was clean and well appointed, and breakfast was hot. We ate dinner at one of the casino restaurants and food was good there as well.
