Just spent 2 nights here. Its a Holiday Inn. It fit the bill for this business traveller. Everyone complains about the garage being closed and it is. But oodles of free well lit parking a 5 minute walk away at TD Bank where everyone for the hotel parks. Don't the worry about your ride. It's Pittsfield. Not badlands of Detroit. They do have a valet who will park your vehicle for you at the TD from 7 to 11:30. Hotel: Your basic 1960s 12 story concrete high rise with recent modern updated rooms. Given the era built bathroom is small (for those of you who prefer a bathroom the size of a school gym) but fixtures are newer and in great shape. Room overall was clean and also recently remodeled. Great hot water, Comfy king bed, microwave, small fridge and Keurig machine with K cups provided in room. All very clean. Breakfast is extra in the onsite restaurant which also includes a bar. There's a enclosed pool too (though I didn't check it out). The staff was all very nice. Aside from having to park at the entrance, schlep my bags up to my upper floor room (great view of the city and area btw) then move my vehicle to the TD lot and walk all of 5 minutes back it was a good stay for 2 nights. There is a large Big Y market 1/2 a block away for those looking for sustenance or snacks and beer or wine.

It appeared to be a new hotel. It was quiet and there was lots of parking. Room was clean/spacious with lots of amenities. The breakfast was good with many options. We enjoyed our one night stay!

An experience Of a lifetime!

To whom it may concern, My wife & I were blessed beyond measures with Chris the recepcionista who was an amazing incredible human being who treated us like family. We needed some direction to southbridge Ma. He explain to us the best way to get there and back to the hotel. Also the other gentleman working along side of him also assisted us as well. Great location easily accessible to Norman Rockwell museum, Naumkeag, the Mount, and other key sites in the area. Brand new hotel with well thought out modern design. Very clean. Friendly accommodating staff. I highly recommend this hotel.
