ABOUT THE SPACE
Step inside and you'll find a home full of warmth and character. Soaring vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, rich tongue-and-groove paneling, and gleaming hardwood floors set the tone from the moment you walk in.

The single-story 2,700 sq ft layout is thoughtfully built for two couples or close friends who want room to breathe. With two spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and a third full bath. The primary suite is a retreat in its own right, with a massive walk-in closet, a stunning sunken jetted tub framed by windows overlooking the trees, a double vanity with brass fixtures, and a separate walk-in shower. Wake up to vineyard views and the kind of quiet that's hard to find anywhere else.

The living room invites slow mornings and long evenings. Settle in by the pellet stove, pull something from the built-in bookshelves, or gather around the game table for a round of cards.

The kitchen is a standout. The original Chambers electric stove is a working piece of history, complete with its iconic vent hood. A Nespresso machine handles morning coffee, expansive skylights, and windows frame the countryside in every direction. Off the kitchen, a cozy second sitting area centers on an ironwood stove, the perfect spot to linger over a glass of wine after dinner while the fire crackles.

Out front, the red brick patio sets the tone for lazy mornings. String lights overhead, rocking chairs, coffee in hand, and nothing but birdsong and vineyard air. Out back, the private patio is a different kind of magic. Sink into the hot tub as the stars come out, or settle into a lounge chair with a glass of wine from one of the neighboring wineries. Mature oaks, walnuts, pines, and cedars wrap the whole property in stillness.

Henry’s Steakhouse in Placerville is the place for a romantic dinner. Sweetie Pie’s is a must for a country breakfast. Jenkinson Lake, the El Dorado Trail, and Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park are all within easy reach.

ACCESS
Guests have full access to the home, yard, grounds, and all amenities. A door code will be sent on the day of check-in. A local manager is also available should you need any assistance during your stay.
