I dont care were the only show in town

Without pause, the worst trip ever, customer services are non existance. . If the customer is not on the floor gambling. [The hotel staff has no need to assist. My rervation and request that i got confirmation at leadt 3x. Fell on deft ears when i arrived. Due to a terriblry worded add i thought the room had a adjoing room and obviously the hotel did teo csuse yhe cause they called me to confirm and ask me the nlame of my buisness partner as privacy was my primary concetn. After 2hrs of being connected and then disconnected i gave up. I never recieved a call froms nagement_ again to my point.

Great trip

We had a wonderful time, first time at Red Hawk! Beautiful building and everyone was very polite and helpful for checking in and out. The food is excellent in the steak house and the cafe. We received kind consideration. We especially liked the band that played there! Great trip!

I specifically mentioned several times we were there to celebrate My Husband's 50th Birthday. Not one Happy Birthday nothing special even asked for a late check out was advised that would be an extra $50 . Next time we will go back to our favorite place Thunder Valley.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It was exciting, comfortable, amazing staff. Great food amazing buffet options. Lots of entertainment for the kids, arcade, kids center. Family fun go kart racing, bowling and so much more. There is a kids daycare center so parents can gamble knowing their kids are safe.
