The only thing going for this place was location, the check in process was ok. Had to pay an extra $120 pesos for cleaning or something. But the rest of the amenities is not up to par first off you walk in there’s no elevator so I think it says it in the description. Second I stayed in 20 one walked in barely any light had somebody come in confirmed there’s no extra light inside the room to see the curtains were dirty. There is no little mini fridge for any possible cold drinks to be stored. The toilet button was hard to flush. No hair dryer. They charge you it u stain any towels or bedding. No FREE parking like it says , this was so disappointing because it says they had. You have to park in the side of the street , it’s 10 pesos per hour. Parking fee is from 9 am to 10 pm. So I had to plan my days based on this. It was annoying to have to come back and put money since it only allowed you to do 6 hours at a time.the pool ? What pool , it’s like a Jacuzzi that was not maintained it’s on top or the roof , the area is not well kept. The second floor common area the cushions are dirty , stained. Over all the simple things like hair dryer and mini fridge and just not keeping the property nice , I wouldn’t go back.

The music from the hotel’s bar was SUPER loud - the walls were vibrating until around 2:30 AM. It was impossible to rest or fall asleep. If you’re planning to wake up early or want a quiet stay, this is not the hotel for you. The staff were kind and friendly, but the constant noise completely ruined the experience.

It was pretty fun. I stayed here for a month. There was always something to do around the corner. I enjoyed how convenient it was. And you were right around on fifth so you can hear and see all the activities and not be too far from them. And they had a great restaurant called La Tierra underneath.

When you read the reviews and they say this property is noisy all night long-this is not an exaggeration! In fact, it’s an understatement. This hotel is nestled between and above two open air restaurant/bars (TieRra & Agave) and they both have live bands every night (930pm-3am)!!! So, you’re not just hearing one really loud band, you’re hearing 2, at the same time; every night!!! Also, the only “pool” is an unheated hot tub. Luckily, when we were there it was not too busy, there are only 2 sun loungers. The balcony was very small, just enough room for 2 chairs. There are no blankets or bedspreads, just a top and bottom sheet. No extra towels for beach (2 blocks away) or “pool”. Otherwise, great location; no parking.
