Accommodations were generally good

Our issues were only with the two things that were NOT disclosed to us upfront — the washer was not functional, but the host did their best to get it working (albeit after our departure), and there is a condo going up 15 feet in front of — as well as another directly next to — the property. From ~8:30 am-6 pm daily there is constant heavy construction — mixing concrete, jackhammering, etc. — and at no point were we not inundated with dust and construction. We live in Brooklyn, so we are very used to using earplugs for noise, etc., but this was a lot. We were advised of the construction only AFTER check-in. Property is generally well maintained otherwise: gym, pool, and common areas are great.
