Conviniently located to 5th Ave Majority of the staff were friendly except for 1 starr member who was rude .They offer a cleaning service everyday however my room was only cleaned once. Got bitten by mosquitoes in the room . for the price per night they could have offered a mini bar and coffee machine .

Property was not as expected for $117 a night. Dirty and dingy.. noisy midnight cleaning at times was unexpectedly loud cracking something. Very small pool not cleaned at times.

When arrived there were no towels in the bathroom, the shower was falling apart, water would be warm first couple minutes and then cold, the mattresses were extremely dirty along with the sheets, the curtains were dirty. The area was loud and the pool was full of leaves. When the maid would clean up the sheets were not changed.

The room was not as pictured online. No microwave, no chairs, and the beds were not quite full size. Our room was right above 5th Ave and had no curtains! The HUGE, extremely bright neon lights from the mall across the street blared at us all night long! It's also very noisy, both in the hotel itself and from the street below.

Great hotel at a great price! Right in down town close to shopping and bars. Clean and safe. Only downside is there is no parking, you must find paid parking on street which is very limited and pay from 10am to 10pm at parking meter. Parking officers are always looking for unpaid parking.
