Our stay at Vidanta Resort World was a great experience. The complex is beautiful and very well maintained, though we didn’t have enough time to explore everything it offers. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly well training to host making us feeling very special greeting us by names and always showing they were ready for anything we needed. We had dinner at Havana Moon; the food was basic, but the atmosphere was fun. Later, we discovered an outdoor market-style dining area with several options and a much nicer ambiance, which we wish we had known about earlier. Having an Exclusive type of bracelet status, truly enhanced our stay, with access to a beach club cabana and a very convenient driver service available via WhatsApp at any time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return with more time to explore the resort. Overall, we really loved our stay at Vidanta Resort World. The scale, comfort, service, and exclusivity made it a memorable experience, even in a short visit. With more time, this resort clearly has so much more to offer.

great place, great quality food/beverage, great facilities, lots of attentive staff. only criticism is the lack of information on the facilities, activities, and logistics. We had a personal concierge group, but often times what they told us was not accurate. example: the Beach Club is by far the nicest pool, yet I asked 3 different person concierges on how to get a cabana and was told 3 different things. so had to figure it out on my own. again, overall great, just think the staff needs to know more about the hotel and what/how to recommend. thanks

Once we arrived we were treated like VIPs. Ariana, Jose and Liz as well as all the other staff we encountered were extremely courteous and welcoming. The rooms were very nice and the beds comfortable.

The room, staff amenities were amazing. I scored this only three stars because the food was terrible. Over priced and all restaurants were terrible. Food was either lacking in flavor, quantity or just over priced. Finally every billed already included a tip. This was automatically included.

The hotel was luxurious and the staff were amazing and super nice. We saw a lot of wildlife, watched an amazing show of Cirque du Soleli, and the foods was amazing. The only bad comment I have that we did not know that it was non inclusive resort that made us spend more then we had expected.

Top notch sevice. Very attentive staff. Great food. Tons of pool space. Literally my only complaint of my whole stay was that the pools were a little cold. Other than that, beautiful grounds. Great on site options of entertainment including the water park which we really enjoyed!

My stay at Jungala was excellent. They assisted me with transportation from/to the airport. The attentiveness of the entire staff was impressive. Everyone was friendly. The concierge staff at Jungala is professional and helpful. Having a private shuttle sent to transport me between resort destinations is a nice benefit to staying at Jungala. The beach club and waterpark are both very nice. My favorite experience was attending Cirque de Soliel: Joya. The show was the highlight of my stay and I would attend it again. I want to offer a special thank you to one of the concierges, Lizet. It was raining heavily one afternoon and I was bored in my room. I went downstairs and Lizet was kind enough to chat with me for about 15 minutes until the rain stopped. I would definitely visit Jungala again.

Our family of 5 spent 1 week at jungala park hotel and we wish we could have been there more time since the week flew by so fast. The property is huge but the transportation service between buildings makes it all feel small and close. Everyday we had a different meal and we were rarely dissatisfied. The service at jungala park was the best part, it was like something out of a movie with the staff learning all our names and paying extra attention to our young kids.
