This is my third time at CDLP. I would have given ot 5 stars but for the following - we were barely unable to use the jacuzzi as it was broken. CDLP attempted to fix it but without success. The concierce was very good but not great. Perhaps they were not as experienced as the concierge we had in our previous trip. This hotel is a dream!! The other resorts are so close by, parks as well (which are amazing!!!) staff was incredibly nice and kind. The room and view was wow. We super enjoyed our time at the hotel.
