As you enter our spacious and tastefully decorated studio, you'll be greeted by a tranquil ambiance that invites you to unwind and recharge. The condo features a luxurious king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For additional guests or family members, there's a comfortable king-size pull-out couch available as well.

The well-appointed kitchenette is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. Savor your culinary creations at the dining area, or enjoy a morning coffee on your private balcony, taking in the sights and sounds of Playa del Carmen.

Please note: Paid street parking from 10am-10pm, from 10pm-10am street parking is free.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT/SECURITY DEPOSIT ★
Please note that in order to confirm your booking, we require a signed rental agreement and fully refundable security deposit of $250. This deposit will be placed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to your booking, and will be released within 7 days of your check-out, provided there is no damage to the property and it's left in the same condition as when you arrived.
