My Stay in May

The hotel was clean. I enjoyed the bottle of water after a long drive. Great location. I was taken care of by the evening attendant. She was pleasant and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The air condition was on when I got into the room. It was very cold. In the middle of the night, this light on the wall started flashing every twenty minutes. I had to put the sheets over my head to stop waking up throughout the night. Leaving two days later, I had to wait for 30 minutes because know one was there. When she got to the front desk, there was no apology. She was very slow. I had to ask her for my billing a few times. I left about 9:00 AM on Saturday, May 17.

Room was nice & clean, the only problem we had was the extra Blankets for the couch/bed were used, I called the service desk to ask for new ones. The girl at the service desk was rude and told me I needed to go get them at the front desk because there was no one there to help her. This was at 9:30 on 5/2/25. We stay at other locations with great costomer service! I’m very disappointed with this property!
