Located in Plouhinec near the sea, this charming duplex flat boasts spectacular views over the entrance to the Ria and the Port of Etel. Located just outside the village of Le Vieux Passage, at the entrance to the Ria d'Étel, this flat will delight you with its location, comfortable layout and spectacular sea views.
It comprises a lovely south-facing common room (living room, dining room and kitchen), a bedroom and a shower room with toilet. On the upper floor, the sleeping area will delight the youngest visitors, with its hut-style sloping ceiling and dormer window overlooking the kitchen. This duplex flat combines comfort, well-being and leisure. It's the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday with your family or as a couple.
It has a parking space and its own garden at the rear of the building.
From the house, you can follow the quiet little streets directly to the little port of Vieux Passage and the hiking trails.
