Located in Plouider in North Finistère - and this in a unique panoramic position (right next to the well-known Hotel de La Butte and the Michelin star gourmet restaurant of the same name). Hugely large over 210 m² for only 6 people - the holiday villa with style and good taste; should offer luxury in a lot of space. Our wish was to offer a spacious house for rent that surpasses all other houses in the area in terms of comfort! The French Tourist Board has awarded Villa Bellevue 5* stars!! A modern, large kitchen is open next to the voluminous living-dining area on over 80m² - of course with a first-class sea view. Of course, you can also experience this wonderful panoramic sea view from the large wellness area (50m², skylight, Italian shower, large Finnish sauna and enormous swimming jacuzzi with a length of 4m and counter-current system). The 3 bedrooms with double beds are located around the library on the first floor - the panoramic sea view is also guaranteed here (one room faces the garden) - The master bedroom with bathroom "en suite" on 35m² (with its own bathroom) is particularly worth mentioning separate Italian shower + toilet). Of course, the entire property is at your sole and private disposal! Outstanding panoramic sea views are the focus of this house! There is almost no room from which one cannot experience this fantastic sea view - from the large pool (swimming jacuzzi) - wellness area, two of the bedrooms, the library, the huge living-dining area....etc. Our villa is one of the absolute luxury holiday homes in Finistère, few houses offer so much space for a small number of guests, you have approx. 210m² at your disposal - we recommend no more than 6 guests. It is a typical house for a couple who are looking for exclusivity, but like to take the dog with them on vacation (the property is 100% fenced and for the 4-legged friends there is even a dog shower with warm water - all year round) - We welcome dogs! However, the house is unsuitable for children! There is plenty of space everywhere, even all the bathrooms and especially the showers are large and spacious, there is a library with a balcony also with a wonderful sea view on the first floor. The heart of the holiday is certainly the impressive wellness area with large windows and additional skylight - here you can relax in the large Finnish sauna (5m²) or the swimming jacuzzi with counter-current system for swimming fans and massage jets for wellness lovers (... 12,000l water to 4m length). Your 30 m² sun terrace is just around the corner and of course there is a modern gas plancha for your delicious holiday BBQ.
