It is a paradise for those who love wide spaces and nautical sports. Very nice fishing house, fully and tastefully renovated in 2012 (nautical theme). Located on a magnificent white sandy beach, between the Pointe de la Torche and the Pointe du Raz, 500 m from a small village typical from the Bigouden area. Unforgettable sunset on the sea. Set on a 3.500 sq.m plot, the house boasts a nice and bright 21 sq.m living room with fireplace, an open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, and 2 shower rooms. Direct access to the beach which is supervised during summer.

Ideal location for beach walks

Plenty of room for children to run freely safely. Plenty of places of interest to visit within 20 mile radius. Only 1.30 mins to ferry terminal at Roscoff.

Super maison idéalement située. Vue magnifique et pas de vis à vis. Je pense que cette maison est idéale en été, moins en automne. Elle est humide et quelques travaux pourraient être faits (plaque de la salle de bain qui se décolle, étanchéité de la fenêtre de la cuisine, porte d’entrée cassée, ajouter une ventilation dans la cuisine, une prise et un radiateur dans la salle d’eau de l’annexe) mais nous avons passé un super séjour et l’accueil a été très chaleureux.

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen, das Haus ist wunderschön, gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, man kann vom Grundstück direkt zum Meer gehen. Der Empfang und die Abreise durch Yves klappte hervorragend. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Danke für alles :-)

Die Lage des Hauses war echt genial. Immer und übetall einen Blick aufs Meer. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos waren schon toll, die Realität übertraf die Erwartungen.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach traumhaft. Der Garten ist super zum Spielen und Drachen steigen. Über einen kleinen Weg kommt man direkt zum Meer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Hausverwalter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Am ersten Abend funktionierte die Heizung nicht, ein kurzer Austausch per SMS und innerhalb von ein paar Minuten war jemand persönlich vor Ort um das Problem zu lösen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sollten erwähnt sein, die wir nach den anderen Bewertungen anders erwartet hatten. Es war zum Teil sehr staubig und die Bäder waren nicht ganz so einladend, sei es Grünspan am Wasserhahn oder auch die Duschvorhänge. Die Matratze in einem Zimmer tat mir persönlich nicht ganz so gut, aber da sind Empfindungen ja auch ganz individuell, ggf. wäre eine neue Matratze nötig. Auch die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche bräuchte unseres Erachtens ggf. einen neuen Abschliff, da die Oberfläche doch auch sehr klebrig war. Diese Punkte sollen jedoch nicht abschrecken. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und wie bereits erwähnt, die top Lage und der Blick auf das Meer gleichen die erwähnten Punkte definitiv wieder aus!

Schönes Haus in super Lage

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Schöne Schlafzimmer, allerdings ist eine Dusche winzig und der Duschvorhang war schimmelig, bei der zweiten gibt es nur eine Badewanne. Trotzdem insgesamt empfehlenswert

Cette jolie maison claire et spacieuse face à la mer était idéale pour se retrouver entre amis et famille. Le site est très beau et calme, propice aux balades au bord de l‘eau ou dans la campagne bretonne. Le propriétaire est très attentionné. Le rapport qualité/prix est tout à fait correct.

Traumhaft und Perfekt gelegen

Die Lage und die Einrichtung dieses Fischerhauses ist perfekt. Von der grosszügigen Terrasse hat man einen ungehinderten Blick auf den Antlantik und ist in wenigen Schritten direkt am Strand.

Belle de loins mais loins d'être propre.

Cette maison est le plus belle et la mieux située que nous avons louer avec Abritel. MAIS aussi la plus SALLE !!! Je l'ai signaler au propriétaire , mais il nous a trouver des excuses bidons . Je résume les gents qui s'occupe ou pas de l'entretient sont des salle gents. SINNESAEL WILLIAM.

Face à la mer c'est le crédo bien mérité de cette très charmante maison : une vue imprenable sur l'océan et ses marées et de longues balades sur la plage au bout du jardin. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Plovan à la découverte du Finistère Sud. Merci François et à Yves et Danielle pour leur accueil.

Un grand bol d'air et de mer

Heureux d'être venus dans cette belle région sauvage. Avons apprécié la proximité de l'océan, l'espace dans cette maison très confortable, le terrain et la vue depuis le salon, le poële dans la cheminée. Merci à Madame pour son charmant accueil et à Monsieur pour ses conseils pour la chaudière.
