For the price, I expected more. Don't bother doing laundry, the machines are old, small, and don't function properly. We didn't have enough dinnerware or cutlery for everyone in our cabin, the dishsoap was cheap and washed ineffectively, the TV channels were bare munimum and blurry, there is no AC, no housekeeping. The pool was nice, as was the bbq and firepit areas. Overall not worth what we paid.

Nice place but not stocked kitchen

This was a nice place to stay. Very clean and beds were comfortable. However the kitchen only had one pot and one pan to cook with and now bowels for salad or pancake mix. There are no dinning options close by so cooking was needed but very difficult to do even though they do advertise full kitchen.

We loved the location of the property. Our cabin was cozy and clean. The pool and hot tub were not working during our stay but they waived the additional fees and we made our was up to Miette Hot Springs. We loved using the coffee maker in the lobby and meeting fellow guests.

Way over priced for what we got. Small cabin, only had a microwave and 2 hot plates and no private BBQ facilities, you have to share. This is a bit of an inconvenience as there is no restaurant on site or anywhere close. The pool looked inviting but was not open and nor was the hot tub. We booked a queen cabin but it was a double bed. It was comfortable which made up for it being so small. The wifi was spotty and the TV only had one watchable channel. Like I said way overpriced, we really expected more for the price we paid.

Jasper visit

Stayed two night to visit Jasper. Property was super cute. Kitchen lacked some necessities - but front desk were so nice if we had asked for anything - they would have likely helped out. We did not do our homework and property was 20 miles from the town and most the hikes we wanted to do.

We stayed in the trapper cabin I was not impressed when we pulled up to the cabin it looked old and rundown but when we went inside we quickly changed our minds it was completely renovated and decorated very nicely it was also very clean once we saw the inside the the outside became rustic not rundown. The only thing that we would have liked to now in advance is that there is very limited food options in the store and it is a bit of a drive to a restaurant they told us it was about a 10 minute drive. It would also be nice if they put some sort of air conditioning in the cabins it was only 23 degrees (Celsius) and it was quite hot inside but it is in the mountains so it does cool at night eventually

Charming cabin with all the amenities. There is no AC but night time temps kept the cabin cool. Location is 1/2 hour from Jasper and 1/2 hour from Hinton (for restaurants etc) but an easy drive to both.
