As soon as you step foot in our charming Croasdale Chalet, you'll notice the stylish yet highly comfortable interior design and lovely décor that complements the picturesque ambiance of Pocono Lake, PA.

The fully equipped kitchen and its dining area are where you'll get to prepare and enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones before relaxing in the living room, which sets the stage for memorable evenings. Plenty of natural light comes through the large windows and doors, making the whole house very bright during the entire day, enhancing the soothing ambiance, and allowing you to gaze at the outdoors.

It's not all rest and relaxation in our lovely chalet. We have prepared a private workspace in the upper loft, perfect for remote workers, traveling students, digital nomads, and guests who like to check their email in peace.

♛Guest booking this rental must be 25 years of age or older. Any party booking this rental must be accompanied by at least one person 25 years of age or older. All guests staying under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or have written consent from your guardian. Maximum guest amount is 8.

★ GATED COMMUNITY FEES ★

IMPORTANT: Community Fees are due in full to ALCA no less than three (3) days prior to your arrival date in order to gain access to the community. $100 Late fee will be added (for registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date). No Same-Day registrations are allowed (Cut-off for Same day is 11:59PM the day before arrival).

Please note that temporary membership fees are mandatory community fees (not including in booking price) and are assessed to all rentals for occupants aged 6 and over.

✔ All Renters/Guests (6 years old and over):

1) Temporary membership:
a) IN SEASON (May 24 to Sept 2): $8.50 per person, per day. or $42.50 per person per week.
b) OFF SEASON (Sept 3 to May 23): $2 per person, per day.
c) Children under 6 are free

2) Gate Card: $20 per vehicle, per stay (for the duration of your stay) (the Third and Fourth Vehicle if any will be WAIVED as a courtesy)

3) Administration: $20 one time, per stay (Non-refundable)

4) Late fee (for registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date): $100. No Same-Day registrations are allowed (Cut-off for Same day is 11:59PM the day before arrival).

★ REFUND POLICY★
Temporary Membership fees and Vehicle gate Card fees are only refundable if the rental registration is canceled five (10) days prior to your arrival. Once approved, refunds will be returned to you through Airbnb.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Service pets are permitted with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed. Bringing a pet without authorization forfeits your deposit and will will be asked to check-out early without a refund and there will be a $300 fine for additional cleaning.

★ NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fine for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ Garbage/Recycle★
The garbage and recycling center is located in the main gate behind member services. Please dispose all of your trash before checkout. It is a simple drive through process and if you need assistance unloading trash, please stop by during staffed hours.
