- This home is located in the Pinecrest community. Gated and registration are required upon check-in. We will provide more details about this requirement once your reservation is confirmed.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Bookings made 2 weeks or less before check-in time incur a $105 late registration fee from the community
- All guests must have a community pass. 6 free passes are included with each booking and each additional pass will be $95, plus the transaction fee. The pass grants guests access to the community and is applicable year-round.
- Fees are subject to change based on HOA regulations.
- The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community.
- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
- The hot tub is currently unavailable for guest use.
- Please note that community amenities, such as the community pool, are only open during the summer months.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
