The Habour lookout was a beautiful home the rooms had everything you needed for a fantastic stay they were clean and tidy the back garden area was perfect for fun in the sun and games.
The venue is absolutely stunning and the views from the living room were amazing. Perfect location. The host was easy to contact with any issues I had. Highly recommend.
Lovely house with amazing view of Poole harbour. Enjoyed the fireworks over harbour on Thursday from balcony. We were a family of 10 with 4 children from 2 to 11 & we all had a great stay. The house was very well equipped & close to the station for getting about.
We were a group of 10 friends getting together for the weekend. Property was a fantastic location with stunning views, it was well equipped and very clean, and a lovely garden to enjoy. Would definitely recommend. We were only there for two days but it really did feel very homely.
Great place to spend the weekend with friends. The kitchen had plenty of cooking equipment. The location was good. My only comment is the outdoor bins were all full when we arrived so couldn't take the recycling and rubbish out until the binmen came on the morning that we were leaving.
Overall we had a great experience, however we had never been asked to empty bins and put rubbish in bins and to vacuum and mop floors before leaving( stripping the bed is usual) and we stay in VRBO properties at least 6 times a year,( not all booked by us)
A really lovely short weekend stay, we were a family group of 14 people ages from 6months to 70+ years, the house suited us perfectly 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a lovely large area upstairs open plan. This really is a home from home with literally everything you need for a getaway.
Train station 1-2min walk which we jumped on to go into Bournemouth.
Tried the local grasshopper pub for food which was really nice, nice food and friendly staff.
This house has a lot of stairs to gain access so bare that in mind for those who struggle with stairs maybe a banister on the inside stairs would of been good however overall an amazing stay thank you
Stayed at the property for a stag weekend. Location is amazing. It's right by the station so access is easy and it's near Ashley Cross that has lots of good bars. My only issue was that I ended up bringing a lot of things unnecessarily. They said specifically no towels, but they mean full size towels. They actually did have hand towels for each bathroom laid out, which is great, but if that had been clearer it would have saved me space not to bring my own. It was similar for things like hand soap and a couple of kitchen things like sugar and salt. I messaged to ask about what was provided and a lot of the responses was that they might be there but they can't guarantee it. I guess that's based on what previous renters leave, which is fine and I like that it stops unnecessary waste. But then we ended up bringing the same stuff because it wasn't guaranteed to be there.
Property is a good size and good location. On arrival we found property to be dusty and had cobwebs mainly around windows especially in kitchen and living area. Carpets were worn especially on stairs, door handle damage on walls. Generally needed some redecorating. Main issue was extremely squeaky floorboards in kitchen and living area. However, overall the property worked well for us.
We had a lovely 3 night stay, thank you. The house was spacious, well laid out and clean. Comfortable beds and linen. The sea view was relaxing. Just be aware of parking restrictions if you have more than 1 car. There are parking bays outside the property but with no parking permits there are restrictions. We parked our 2 cars in the station car park opposite the house.
We have just returned from a hen do this weekend. The house was perfect, the beds were all comfortable and facilities clean.
Such a good space for 12 of us, two fridges which was really useful.
You need to take your own towels. toilet roll and handwash which is important to remember.
