Vacances très agréable

Nous avons été surpris (en bien) de l'emplacement de l'appartement. Le logement est parfaitement placé, que soit pour des restaurants ou des glaciers mais également pour des activités. La ville de Pornichet organise bcp d'événements comme des cours de danse, des marchés nocturnes, tournois de beach volley sur la plage , concert sur la plage ou feu d'artifice. Ces événements se produisent sur la place en dessous du logement ou bien sur la plage à deux minutes de marche de l'appart. Ce qui rends les choses très accessible sans voiture. Ne vous inquiétez pas de potentiel nuisances sonores Une fois la baie vitrée fermé il n'y a plus de son. L'appartement est accessible pour tous (grâces aux assenceurs)( une poussette rentre facilement). L'appartement était nickel à notre arrivée et équipé pour le rendre dans le même état. Aspirateur et balai seront nos alliés tous le long du séjour contre le sable ramèné de la plage . Le gros point positif de l'appartementzst qu'il possède un balcon vue sur la plage. La vue matin , midi et soir est magnifique. Le coucher de soleil et le lever de soleil sont incroyables. Et si vous êtes chanceux lorsque la nuit sera total vous apercevrez les vagues bleues. (Phénomène du phytoplancton). Encore merci pour l'accueil chaleureux et pour les souvenirs inoubliables créer dans cet appartement. ,

Toll gelegene Wohnung, jedoch für 4 Personen zu klein

Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, neben einem größeren Platz wo immer etwas neues geboten wurde. Die Aussicht von dem Balkon ist mega. Der Strand ist wunderschön. Leider ist die Wohnung für vier Personen viel zu klein. Die Kinder haben ihren Platz zum Schlafen mit einer Abstellkammer verglichen. Dazu kommt, dass die Toilette von dem Badezimmer getrennt ist und man immer durch das große Zimmer musste um sich nach dem Toilettengang die Hände zu waschen. Man hatte auch nicht wirklich Platz um seine Sachen abzulegen. Wir haben alle aus dem Koffer gelebt. Das Doppelbett ist die Couch auf dem Bild, bei der man die zweite Hälfte von unten rauszieht. Wir haben die Couch unseren ganzen Urlaub über rausgezogen gehabt um die Koffer darunter zu stellen. Es war wie gesagt sehr eng. Dies war natürlich umso mehr zu merken, da wir nicht das beste Wetter in den zwei Wochen hatten. Wäre die Wohnung für zwei Personen, wäre die Wohnung wirklich perfekt. Vielleicht sollte man sich langsam Gedanken über eine neue Spülmaschine machen. Aber wie gesagt, für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung toll.

Des propriétaires sympathiques, disponibles et à l'écoute. Un joli petit appartement avec tout le nécessaire, très propre et bien agencé avec une vue imprenable sur mer à 180° depuis la terrasse. Les commerces, les restaurants et la plage sont en bas de l'immeuble, le marché est accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et espérons bien revenir très vite. Séjour très agréable à Pornichet, une jolie petite ville. Le studio, refait à neuf, est fonctionnel et bien situé.Toutes les commodités sont à proximité. La plage est belle, juste en bas de la résidence. Je remercie M. et Mme Leray pour leur accueil et j'espère les croiser pour un prochain séjour.

Nous avons passé un exellent séjour à Pornicher.La location ,décorée avec goût,avait une situation idéale "face mer",et magasins de proximité proches.Tous nos remerciements pour l ´excellent accueil (malgré que nous soyons arrivés en retard)et surtout la disponibilité du propriétaire.Je recommande vivement cette location.Certainement a bientôt.
