Nauti Bird Bungalow is a stylish newer home minutes from the beach. The open concept space features natural light throughout and has a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The main living room has Queen Sleeper Sofa and two armchairs, as well as a 50-inch ROKU TV (live ROKU & streaming only) and ceiling fan. Board games and birding books/binoculars are also in the living room for you to enjoy! Bedroom 1 features a king size bed (with a medium hybrid mattress), dresser & side tables/lamps, ceiling fan, 32 inch ROKU TV (live ROKU & streaming only) and private bath (tub/shower combo). Bedroom 2 features a Queen size bed (with a medium hybrid mattress), dresser & side tables/lamps, ceiling fan, 32 inch ROKU TV (live ROKU & streaming only) and private bath (tub/shower combo). Relax on the front deck with four Adirondack chairs and two side tables. Hangout below the house with a charcoal grill, cornhole boards/bags, picnic table, generous overhead lighting. Want to head to the beach? It's approximately 400 yards away. Pack up the beach wagon with beach chairs/umbrellas, boogie board and soft sided cooler and head across the road to the beach! Extra towels upstairs and a shower (hot/cold water) below the house to wash off.
We are approximately 10 minutes (by car) to shops and restaurants.

HOUSE RULES:

- YOU MUST BE OVER 25 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK AND BE A GUEST!

- One dog is permitted and must be included in your reservation. An aggressive and/or destructive dog will not be tolerated. Cost of any damages will be transferred onto guests.

- The Villa is on Stilts and only accessible by stairs. *Please Note* It is normal for homes on stilts to have a slight swaying feeling.

- We do not offer refunds for bad weather, COVID-19, or other extenuating circumstances, for this reason, we recommend you purchase trip insurance.

- Coastal WiFi: we are near the coast so although we do have internet and streaming services WiFi capabilities may be limited by weather and signals.

- This house is in a coastal area and it's normal to encounter mosquitos, water bugs and other little creatures. While we do perform regular critter/pest maintenance, not everything can be avoided when staying near the coast.

- The bungalow is on septic. Please don't flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.

- This house is located in a neighborhood with residential neighbors. Please be considerate of your surroundings and their property. NO parking on the street or on grass. ATV'S / Golfcarts: We love that our guests rent or bring these with them for their vacation. Driving in between or behind the houses is PROHIBITED! You may only drive on the streets and park in the driveway.

- Firearms are PROHIBITED. Fireworks are permitted only at the beach and NOT within in the neighborhood.
