Welcome to Aura Pax Bolivar! Come relax at this beautiful & peaceful beach escape close to many of the lovely amenities of the Peninsula. The house is a newly renovated 3 bed/2 bath, located about 7-10 minutes walking distance to the beach. The home is perfect for the whole family, couple's getaway, or friends looking to unwind.

This is a stylish, fully-furnished 3 bed, 2 bath beach house with direct access to the beach. You can walk, rent a golf cart next door or drive your own car to the beach.

The Master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a brand-new mattress that sleeps 2 and a smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a brand-new mattress that sleeps 2, a smart TV, and a dresser. The 3rd bedroom features 2 Twin-over-Twin bunk beds with brand-new mattresses that sleep 4. The living room has comfortable seating and a large smart TV. There is ample space in the house for a group of 8.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, bowls, plates, bakeware, blender, cutting board, rice cooker, toaster, cutlery, wine glasses, spices, etc. There is a coffee maker and kettle for you to use.

We provide body soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and hair dryers.

In the laundry room, you will find a washer and dryer, beach towels, and beach toys for kids. There are board games on the TV console.

There is outdoor seating on the deck so you can take in all of the refreshing Peninsula breeze.

Downstairs, you will find a tiki bar with built-in chairs and a picnic table for your group to socialize.


Parking is allowed on the driveway. Please DO NOT park under the house. The driveway can fit 2 cars. Please DO NOT park in the parking lot of the golf cart company next door.


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

Please ensure you read and fully understand all house rules before making a reservation.
o Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Only guests that are on the reservation are allowed at the house. Any additional guests or visitors must be disclosed and pre-approved by the host.
o Pets are allowed. The pet fee is $150/pet/trip. An additional cleaning fee of $200 minimum will be charged if pets are brought along.
o Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times. Children are not allowed to jump/run on deck or climb any railings. You will be solely responsible for any accidents or damage to the property.
o This is a NON-Smoking property. Please do not smoke inside the house or on the deck. A minimum cleaning fee of $450 will be charged for smoking inside the house or on the deck.
o Parties are NOT allowed.
o We do not provide cable TV. The TVs are smart TVs, so don't forget to come with your passwords to stream your favorite services.
o Do not flush feminine hygiene products, or anything other than what is expected to be flushed down the toilet, as it will damage the septic system.
o Please return any moved furniture back to its original location before check-out.
o The Host of the property does not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage, or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Host harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests’ use and occupancy of the rental property, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss.
