Sea, Sand & Stars - **Now tastefully decorated for the Fall** This beautifully decorated, two-family custom beach home is the perfect vacation, weekend or holiday getaway to enjoy the laid-back relaxation of beach life on Crystal Beach and the Bolivar Peninsula. Perfect for Spring Break or Summer Vacation or any other time of the year, your family and friends will feel welcome and right at home in this two-story home that has 1762 square feet of spacious living area.

The main floor has an open and roomy feel, making the living room, dining room and kitchen the perfect place to entertain or relax. The home has high ceilings, hard wood floors, crown molding and granite throughout and comes with all the amenities that make for a great vacation home. The home sleeps up to 6 adults or 10 total guests comfortably within it's two bedrooms and third hallway "bunky" room. It has two full baths on the upper bedroom level, a half bath on the main living level and a fully-enclosed outdoor shower on the ground level. For 2023, there is a brand new, 29" barrel charcoal grill/smoker for guest use on the ground level, perfect for preparing lunch or dinner meals. With a built-in table and bench also on the ground level, a giant patio with seating for 10 on the main level and a balcony with 4 more seats, this home truly has outdoor living in mind.

The interior is immaculate and completely furnished and tastefully appointed with a beachy/coastal theme. No detail was overlooked in comfort and convenience. A High Efficiency washer and dryer are available for guest use. Each bathroom even has a hair dryer.

Two king size beds (sleeping 4 adults), two full size beds (sleeping 2 adults or 4 children/teenagers) and two twin size beds (sleeping 2 children/teenagers) are yours to sink into and relax and sleep. Extra soft sheets and blankets and plenty of soft or firm pillows ensure a good night's rest. All linens are included.

The Kitchen has everything you will need to prepare a variety of meals, small or large. Featuring granite counters, a large farmhouse sink, new Samsung appliances, top of the line small appliances (including a Keurig) - this is one well-appointed Kitchen! There is plenty of dining ware, glassware and flatware and everyone will have a seat between the island peninsula that seats four and the dining room table that seats six.

Every bedroom has it's own Smart TV and fan (including the bunky room) as does the spacious and comfortable main living area. DirectTV, High-Speed Internet and Wi-Fi are included. Stream your favorite services like Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix and more! We even have over 70 family-friendly and blockbuster movies pre-recorded on DVR.

Sea, Sand & Stars prides itself on it's cleanliness. Read our reviews and you'll see that guests are impressed and extremely happy with the overall cleanliness of the home. We make sure all high-contact surfaces are completely disinfected and sanitized - counters, handles, knobs, railings, remotes and light switches all get extra attention. Bedding and linens are always washed on the hottest cycle and the air filters are replaced monthly.

This home is located extremely close to the beach. You are just a two minute walk to the sand and surf at the end of the street (less than 100 yards away) and direct access - no parking and walking over dunes! Local restaurants like Tia Juanita's Fish Camp and Stingaree and shops (including the peninsula's main grocer - The Big Store) and a Valero are also very close by. There is a number of fun outdoor attractions nearby as well, from wildlife refuges and the Bolivar Lighthouse to The Strand and Pleasure Pier in Galveston.

Enjoy the incredible views and breezes from the patio and balcony every day and night and watch the sun set from your unobstructed view over the rooftops on the upper balcony from one of the few three-story houses in Crystal Beach. Crystal Beach Gem!

Sea Sand Stars review: What a fantastic place! The Host: Richard was super communicative throughout the booking process and provided very clear directions to access the house, get checked in, and made sure everything went smoothly. The House: Easy to find and a short drive from Houston. The yard was well kept and the driveway clean. The house was beautiful with 2 story living space (2nd and 3rd floors). The interior was super clean and modern with all needed amenities! Beds were comfortable with extra blankets and pillows if needed. Kitchen was well equipment with place-setting for 10 people. There were many games to play also (we had a multi-day Monopoly game)! The house also comes with a charcoal grill downstairs - we made burgers! The Beach: SO MUCH FUN! The kids spent all day in the surf playing in the waves and collecting hermit crabs. We rented a golf car and cruised up and down the beach and my husband went fishing in the surf. Such a fun trip

GREAT HOUSE!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It had everything you need and then some. Owners thought of everything and were very responsive. My only thing would be if you are trailering a cart or buggy or bringing a boat, the driveway and area underneath the house is very narrow. Not alot of space to park many cars if you are bringing a group. Its a great house in a great location!

What a beautiful home! From the bottom to the top and all the in-between, this family home is a beach paradise! All the details were noticed, gorgeous views from the balconies, beautiful,stocked kitchen for preparing meals, comfy sofa for TV watching, amazing beds and wonderful smelling, clean linens. Additional TVs in all the bedrooms and a large dining table for sharing meals and lively card games! 4 generations made so many lovely memories in this amazing beach home. Sea, Sand, and Stars Spectacular Stay!

This was the perfect spot for life-long friends of 50+ years to come relax and refresh. The rooms were very clean and everything had it's perfect place. The colors were light and airy and the owners thought of everything we needed, all enclosed in a great notebook. We rented a golf cart, but mainly for coolers and chairs We easily walked to the beach. Also, the location of the house was so close to the best restaurant Stingaree, we could drive the golf cart. A gas station was also easy to get to for quick items we might have forgotten. Any questions we had about the rental before we went, were answered the same day by the owners. We didn't have any questions upon arrival, because everything was taken care of ahead of time. I like that they requested a check-in and check-out text, it made us feel like we could ask anything and they would take care of it! I would recommend this to anyone with children too, because of the bunkbed space! Adults slept comfortably in the bunks as well. We will definitely be renting again!

Family & friends getaway

We had a great getaway at Sea, Sand & Stars. The property was well kept and the house was clean. All of the rooms worked great for our group, the only thing that would of improved our stay would be having a door on the bunkroom which connects to the hallway. Other than that minor thing, the house was perfect and we'll likely use it again.

Simply Amazing

Wow, this home has it all! The owners truly thought about every detail needed in a home away from home. The layout was perfect and our entire family had plenty of space. Perfect family vacation

We enjoyed our stay, the home was extremely clean which was very important to us. My family has bad allergies including pets so a home that is newer, clean & pet free is priority. The home is not far from the beach, we rented a golf cart to carry all the kids & beach stuff but one isn’t necessary. We especially enjoyed the bunk beds in the master, I have smaller kids so I prefer they are close and this gave them their own space. The owner was in contact the whole time & rental process was very easy.

Sunny days, family and relaxation!

This was our second attempt at Sea, Sand & Stars and we are all so glad we came back! The house is pristine with every amenity you could possibly want. From towels, to linens, to beach towels, extra pillows, the bedroom layouts, room to hang out all together or even room to go and have alone time! Did I mention TWO decks with LOTS of high chairs? One of my favorite things to do was grab an early morning cup of coffee, sit on the deck and just listen to the waves and watch the sunrise! Don't skip on this rental! Richard is very easy to work with and communicate with too.

Stunning Home, Perfect Views, Outstanding Hosts

Honestly, you can’t beat it! By far the best beach house I have stayed in from San Luis pass to crystal beach! I’ve been in the Houston area for the past 14 years (lots of beach stays), and I would rent this beach house again and again! So clean, so stunning, top of the line appliances, beautiful decks, short walk to the beach. It’s just perfect. Book it!

Great Place to Unplug and Enjoy Family

An amazing week spent relaxing with our family! Neat as a pin and well appointed Sand, Sea, and Stars was the place to be! Plenty of room for our group to enjoy quiet time and then come together for for a meal and game nights! My 88 year old mother particularly loved reading from the upper deck. The spacious downstairs allowed everyone to be together comfortably inside or out. If you’re looking for the perfect place this is it!

Beautiful place

The place is clean, beautiful and has a well-stocked kitchen. It’s very close to the beach…just a short walk. We rented a cart for fun but it was not necessary given the proximity. The couch is comfortable and the porches are perfect for a relaxing hang out. I would like to let families with young children know that this property is not a good choice. There are lots of stairs and no way to block them since the child gate provided was not wide enough. Also, the bunk room isn’t really a bedroom…it’s a hall on the way to a bedroom that’s used in a very clever way but it doesn’t have a door or any way to block light or sound from the main hallway which was bothersome for the kids using it. Overall, it’s a great property and we enjoyed our stay immensely.
