Room was in good condition, was quiet and clean. service in the resturant the 1 morning was terribly slow, it took 45minutes to get our drinks we ordered food and drink at the same time. Some interesting characters, in and around with colorful language towards children. We were there with hockey with I know can be alot for a hotel. They didnt gear in the rooms.. but then gave us a guest room on the 2nd floor to put the whole teams gear in. Just a few things odd.

This is my favourite hotel. The staff is excellent, the furnishings are beautiful, and the whole place is spotless. I will add the convenience of the restaurant is ideal. Truly world class!

There was a group of young hockey players in the hotel the parents were letting then run all over the place unsupervised. they were loud and rambunctious blocking the hallways throwing ice all over the place. I asked the front desk to deal with it and they did not. I was not impressed

We stayed one night in November for a team hockey tournament. Breezy check in, lovely warm rooms, great staff and a fun atmosphere in the nax'id pub. I wish all tournament hotels were this comfortable. Would stay again in a heart beat. Thank you!
