Welcome to your adventure! You won't get much closer to Kingfisher pier, park and the beautiful Beach which is just steps away! You will have a wow factor on the deck whether it's in the screened in area or the open deck where you have beach views!! Plenty of room to sit and relax, grill up a meal and soak up the vitamin sea!! Inside is a relaxing beach feel within every cozy room which is perfect to relax, high speed internet, a 65 in Samsung smart tv, two full size sofas and large dining room and kitchen stocked with everything you need. Downstairs is an oversize garage with an ice maker to fill your ice chests and grab the beach wagon that is provided and be on the beach in no time at all or go fishing, there is plenty of room to bring your boat too and never unhitch, we are minutes from both boat launches. Custom corn hole games, battle put golf, board games and more to enjoy when at our home. Our home is protected with Eufy Security cameras, outdoor only (front door, garage door/interior garage and most of the parking areas) Large fenced back yard.

Our second stay there, it's the ideal weekend home when our family of four spends a weekend in POC. From the balcony, we can watch the boys play at the beach, and the boys love the games available in the garage. The attention to little details like coffee, candies, snacks, toilettes, etc. are very much appreciated. Kitchen is well furnished, and though we didn't use the grill this time around, it looked to be in good shape. The owners have done a great job making the house everything we need for a great weekend. Looking forward to the next stay!

Perfect POC Beach Experience For Our Family of Four

This property was perfect for our family of four during our POC long weekend. From the balcony, we could watch the kids play on the playground and the beach. The house had all kinds of games for both kids and adults alike, and welcome snacks and sweets were very much appreciated. Outdoor living was well supported with a new grill, screened-in seating area, and all sorts of stuff for the beach. Communication with the owners was prompt, and they were extremely accommodating to our requests. They really thought out the details - it was one of the most well-appointed rentals at which we have ever stayed. Definitely would stay again!

Wonderful stay

We had our wedding down at the beach this past wknd and we stayed here. Perfect and easy access to where we needed to be, just a walk across the street. The balcony is perfection for morning coffee, extremely clean and comfortable house. This will be my go to place to stay for sure!

AMAZING HOUSE

this property description exceeds all expectations. We've stayed in many vacation homes. This house is 100% perfect for all your needs, the location is within walking distance from the beach, they provided a beach wagon, ice chest and ice for use which was perfect for us. the house itself had everything you would need for your stay. the host was quick and easy to communicate with. we will defiantly be back to this house each year for our mini beach vacation.

Lloyd and Faye couldn’t have been more accommodating! The place was ready early and everything I hoped it would be! Clean, comfy, and had everything you could need to have a great vacay. The enclosed backyard was a plus. Would definitely stay again!
