Local Gem, serenecustomer service experienced and

Ideally situated for activities near the city and environs. The staff is always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is always beautifully prepared with all local ingredients made by the lovely chief. This is my second visit as it feels "like a second home". It is a special place with a great atmosphere that cannot be found in a chain hotel.

Oh my, truly a home away from home. The place clean , welcoming, no noise just peaceful, breakfast was tasty, rooms clean. I went just for a night to celebrate my Husband birthday, my room was upgraded, complimentary wine. I will recommend for families , the pool not deep, it is great for a weekend getaway. It was in a perfect location for us shops and places we wanted to see were close by.. The only thing that i miss were facecloths other than that everything else was fantastic..

Wonderful staff! Nikki let us check in several hours early and gave us waters. The property itself is well maintained and the view from the porch outside is so serene. Fresh flowers were in the vases upstairs. Room rate was reasonable. The property is quite secure with locked gates, cameras, and security on staff. The room itself was pretty spartan with just the bare essentials, but we had everything we needed. A/C and the ceiling fan kept us cool all night. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Thank you for having us!

We love, love, loved this guest house! The owner and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The house is extremely well kept, clean and interesting. The common areas include a hugh sitting room with beautiful artwork by local artists. You really do feel that you are staying in a friend's private home. The pool and yard is a wonderful place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Also of note, is the safe neighbourhood which is close to a great grocery store and within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to visit around the Savannah. If we visit Trinidad again, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Lovely stay

Had a short trip to TnT, and Heritage Inn was a perfect location for this long weekend getaway. It's an intimate B&B, with friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, traditional hot cooked breakfast daily, and it's a close ride to the Avenue. I enjoyed the pool and garden space, and I would absolutely stay again.

Comfortable Hotel centrally located

This hotel is very quaint and comfortable. I stayed for 2 days with my children 11 and 8 yrs old. Not much to do at hotel but swimming. Breakfast included and made to order (with limited options) but no other food options onsite throughout remainder of the day. My children didn’t use the pool because I didn’t see daily maintenance/cleaning of the pool and my children were disappointed with the lack of TV channels options.

The perfect place!

Loved this place! Sandra and her staff are so welcoming. The place is clean, breakfast is great! Pool is a lovely touch. Area is nice and I would totally recommend heading to the Savannah for dinner at the night market!

Nice accommodation close to Savannah park and zoo.

Nice quiet place to stay. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with advising us on tours and accommodated us when we had such a late plane flight. Nothing over the top but felt very homely. The breakfast was pleasant with a continental and cooked breakfast if desired. They were always concerned as to who was picking us up to go somewhere and they organized a taxi to take us to the airport.

Home away from Home

Sandra was super helpful EVERYday of our stay. We Checked in with her to make sure we had good directions and used the best tour guides everyday of our 7 day trip . She helped with bookings months prior to us getting there. She really went above and beyond for us. We rented a car from Heritage which was seamless and easy. There was 5 of us traveling and we fit comfortable in two rooms. Grandma (70), Mom (36), and three girls (6,13,18). The pool is perfect for down time. It's only 5ft deep which is perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The common area is very welcoming and open with big windows to catch a breeze. There is no air conditioning in the common area but it wasn't missed at all. I plugged in the fan and sat and read for hours and the girls played on their phones with no complaints. by the time we left I felt like Sandra and everyone on staff at the heritage (even late night security) was family. I will definitely be recommending and coming back. Great place. Keep up the great work and don't change a thing.

Enjoyed the overall experience because it was very clean and comfortable. Wifi was always accessible and cable tv was available. Got fresh towels everyday and towels for the pool were also provided. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We also had access for laundry which was a plus. We felt safe and right at home. The only thing I would change is to have a local breakfast available to the guest as a taste of Trinidad. However, breakfast was still delicious.
