We didn't realize we were right next to a very busy road, it was noisy early, but then it seemed very quiet for the remainder of the evening. We love that checkout is at noon, the extra hour made a huge difference.

The hotel smelled strongly of some sort of adhesive glue or repair solvent. This smell never did subside. The toilet in my room kept running all day/night (even after I checked under the lid). When I reported this to the front desk, they indicated someone would check on it while I was out. When I returned six hours later, David at the front desk had not yet found a new room for me. It took a long time for him to look away from his computer to solve my problem. They ended up moving me to another room with a rattling air blower. Recommendation: Stay elsewhere.

Avoid, especially if youth sports teams are there.

Running and screaming youths up and down the hall throughout the night. My room was targeted with extremely aggressive knocking/punching of the door at 1:00 AM, shooting me out of bed. Will never stay here again.

We had to cancel because of bad weather while travelling. The weather forecast changed but not in time to give the 24 hour notice. Very disappoint that Expedia could not arrange the refund. The weather beyond my control and if the forecasting was more accurate I could have giving more notice but the was hard to while travelling. I had no choice but keep travelling before the bad weather came. I will not use you service again.

Outstanding customer service

Fantastic service! I left my glasses in my room after check out, they contacted me once they discovered them, by phone, text, and email! Luckily I was still in the area and could swing back by to pick them up. I was so impressed and greatful for the great customer service, and undertanding how it can be challenging when traveling! Thank you!

We stayed one quick night and it was just okay. Our first impression upon walking into our room was that it was a little dirty. The microwave still had dried food in it and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was mold on our shower curtain and the shower itself was in need of a clean, especially because there was still hairs left on the shower wall from the last guests. We were able to get some sleep but kept waking up became the walls were so thin. Breakfast had some nice options and the staff were pretty friendly. Overall it was just okay and I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
