Located directly across the street from the Multnomah Arts Center, this home places you in the cultural heart of the village. You'll be just seconds away from some of the best food and drinks in the region, with an array of cafes, restaurants, and bars right at your doorstep.

Whether you're exploring the vibrant local scene, relaxing in the cozy living spaces, or enjoying a leisurely stroll through the charming streets of Multnomah Village, this home offers the perfect base for your Portland adventure.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.

Old Fashioned charm & convenience

A charming spot with a nostalgic feel and easy access to Multnomah Village—no need to worry about parking to enjoy the shops and restaurants nearby. The space was clean, well-stocked with the basics, and the beds were comfortable.

Unsanitary Conditions & Poor Property Management

Our vacation rental turned into a health hazard when we discovered raw sewage flooding the basement, exposing us and our children to unsanitary conditions. Despite immediate notification with photo/video evidence, the property management's overall response was appalling. They offered a one-night refund and suggested returning after a superficial plumbing fix, ignoring the serious remediation and health inspection needed in a situation of this nature. They prioritized rental income over our safety, forcing us to fight for a refund, which we eventually received in part, as we were still charged a 150 "cleaning/management fee"—a ridiculous insult given the situation. A generic, copy-pasted text response followed our challenge to this charge, showing the company’s dismissive attitude.We don't know if the sewage outflow was exclusively from our few nights stay (we found our own alternative accommodation following the incident), or pre-existing, raising further concerns about cleanliness. This company's handling of a major health issue was unacceptable, negligent, and unprofessional. Future renters: be warned. Homeowners: consider a new management company.

A Cozy Getaway

A spacious and super centrally located spot that was perfect for a weekend spent with out of town friends. The space was super clean and had everything we needed. The style was very fun and eclectic, a true gem of a home!

Many nice things about this property. The location close to town is wonderful. The king size mattress was very comfortable. Great hooks and a shoe shelf by the front door were convenient. Clean floors, countertops and bathrooms throughout. A big TV in the main room was nice and easy to use. Many outlets near the beds. the shower head was nice and the hot water was excellent. Lots of towel racks in the bathroom as well. Nice extra pantry space for the microwave and coffee pot, as well as food storage for things we brought. thank you!

Cute cottage- great location

Such a charming old cottage! The couches and beds were so comfortable. We loved the location- right off the Main Street through Multnomah Village. Lots of stores and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Also a short drive into downtown Portland!

Great home, perfect location, Definitely needs some updating as the home is from the 1920’s. Couldn’t enter backyard as doorknob was broken, but walked around house to get there.

Cozy eclectic getaway

My friends and I were looking for a place for a weekend hangout and we had such a fabulous time in this adorable cottage! It was clean and cozy with plenty of convenient amenities and a fun, eclectic collection of furnishings and decor. The location in the heart of Multnomah Village made for plenty of great dining options and a beautiful afternoon walk through early autumn foliage. Thanks for making this beautiful property in a wonderful location available!
