We stayed for 4 nights . The hot tub was not working the whole time . First two days even the swimming pool was not heated . House keeping is very rude . Housekeeping was not done properly. They only changed towels that also I had ask the front desk to change . Vacuum and mop was not done and nothing was wiped in the bathroom, when housekeeping cleaning was done . If you stay for more than two days , room needs to be cleaned better. When I asked to speak to the Manager, the male Manager on the call that was connected by the front desk was very confronting and never acknowledged the concerns. Overall not a great stay . Guest come for the brand name Hilton . But the housekeeping is very substandard. Hope they improve .

Staff were helpful and the location was really convenient to the freeway! The facility is new and there was noisy construction going on right across the road. Additionally, the room was not spotless. The bathroom was particularly in need of attention. The bathroom floor was really dirty -- I wore white tube socks that were markedly dirty after several trips to the bathroom -- and the shower had hair from the previous hotel guests.

Newer hotel close to Costco Winco Walmart and by the highway was great. Free parking was a plus. Was informed the pool and hot tub wouldn’t be at normal temperature & didn’t know when it would be fixed. Complementary breakfast was a plus and the little store that was in the front lobby was also good. The temperature of the room, fluctuated and it was hard to adjust the thermostat and we asked for Help two nights in a row and was not able to get help the bathrooms. Don’t have a fan and overall it was just a place to sleep, I wish we were able to use the pool and other accommodations, but it didn’t happen

Surrounding area had wandering pedestrians. One side of the building had alot of trash. Check in was at 3pm. We arrived around 4:30pm. Was told by the front desk that room will be ready shortly as housekeeping was only changing the sheets. We wait until 4:45 then head in. When we got to our room, housekeeping was still in the room. They did not speak English so we were not able to communicate with them. They just kept walking in and out of the room. After about 5 mins of standing in the hallway, they motioned for us to enter the room. The room looked like it was just surfaced clean, not thoroughly as there was still hair left on the nightstand. Sheets look like it was not changed, but rather just put back to make the bed. Sheets were very wrinkly still. We tried to connect to the internet to find that not all our devices would connect. We call down the the front desk to ask for assistant and IT number. We were informed that people who wanted to use the internet bring their own internet. Since a big part of the reason we booked the hotel was to use the internet, this was not helpful at all. Dissapointed that front desk did not want to help with the siutation. We left and did not stay at the hotel--booked at another Hilton 2 miles from this one--much better experience. Should've know better when booking, but wanted to give this place a change. Never again!

Nice location and room, disappointed in the breakfast. Went at 9:30 and there was lots of stuff out. I asked about the waffle batter and was told they were out and didn’t have more. I find that hard to believe. And there was at least 15 more people that came to eat after we did so they had very little to choose from as well.

The room, and hotel was well kept and clean. However we reserved a room with a king and a pull out, for 4 people and didn’t have any extra sheets or pillows in the room for the pull out. The staff was accommodating and helped resolve this issue. The hotel seemed to be understaffed for a busy weekend as the front desk was often missing to help resolve issues elsewhere. Also the Sunday breakfast we had very messy countertops and the one person running it was doing her best to keep food items available, however it was very clear they could have used 2 people in both of the situations. Also the “heated pool” was ice cold, and every single person in my family (myself, wife, 3 kids, sister and mother in laws) nearly slipped on the flooring. Very unsafe. Again the staff was great, but you can tell things are being operated on with a skeleton crew, which is unusual in my stays at other major hotel chains of similar caliber.

Very friendly staff, clean room, and extremely comfortable beds. My only complaint was the disorderly nature of the free breakfast, and how quickly they ran out of food well before the cutoff time of 10am. Otherwise, this was a very lovely stay and we will most likely be back.
