The Space:

Welcome to your modern retreat in the heart of Mississippi Ave — one of Portland’s most walkable and beloved neighborhoods. This thoughtfully designed unit features sleek lines, warm wood cabinetry, and stylish furnishings that feel both homey and elevated.



The open-concept living area has a streaming-ready smart TV and lightning-fast WiFi — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The kitchen is stocked with full-size appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, and everything you need to cook at home or reheat takeout from the food cart pod down the street.



A/C keeps the space cool in the summer, and large windows bring in beautiful light year-round.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to this unit and one off-street parking spot in the alleyway. Free street parking is also readily available.



There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but several nearby laundromats and wash & fold services are available



The Neighborhood:

You’re staying in one of Portland’s most iconic neighborhoods: Mississippi Ave. Within a 2-minute walk, you’ll find boutiques, breweries, music venues, and some of the best eats in the city — including Eem, Lovely’s Fifty Fifty, and ¿Por Qué No?



Expect a mix of locals and visitors strolling the street, biking past colorful murals, or catching a live show at Mississippi Studios. It’s safe, central, and buzzing with creative energy.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — Mississippi Avenue is one of Portland's liveliest strips, packed with restaurants, bars, music venues, and unique shops — all within walking distance.



🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 4 (Fessenden) runs along Williams and Vancouver avenues every 15 minutes with direct service to downtown (~15 min).



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.
