The hotel is located in a nice area. Staff was friendly. Room was fine, but small. Ground and ceiling is cement. The parking situation is not good. Valet was $50. And if you don't want to use valet, you will have to use parking in a lot across the street and pay at least $35. Or, use street parking, which you only get 2 hours at a time.

I loved staying here, I felt really at home. One of the best places I've stayed in the world. Room was clean, comfortable and had what I needed. Every member of staff I spoke to was friendly and polite. My absolute favourite standout him was Michael. Michael's energy, attention to detail and knowledge was so useful during my trip. The hotel was incredibly close to public transport links and Powell's (which I'd chosen) made it a great base to see friends and easy access to Portland's other attractions. I would 100% stay here again
