Location, location! And of the best locations in town! This is such a great place to stay while in Portland. I have no doubt you will love it! It`s beautifully furnished and a close to everything. There is no kitchen but there is a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. You are a short walk to the Old Port, waterfront, nightlife, shopping, tons of restaurants, museums and parks. A great shared deck is available for your quiet enjoyment and this is just a 10 minute distance to beautiful beaches!

Newly renovated- bright and private space in one of Portland`s most sought out neighborhoods. Walk to everything.

Private unit and bath with private entrance. Please take note that this is a second floor unit and the only entrance is up a metal back staircase that is a bit steep. Not good for elderly or if your walking is compromised. If you have questions don`t hesitate to ask beforehand.

I am very available for my guests and like to offer advice on restaurants and things to do.

Best location in Quaint West End neighborhood! Walk to everything. Including Old Port and many neighborhood restaurants, bars, museums, college, waterfront, coffee shops and much more!

Parking is available at Holiday Inn by the Bay 1 block away for $17/day. On street parking is available but it limited to 2 hours on some streets. Pleasant Street behind the building has no limit. Unlimited on weekends.

Parking is not included with this listing but is easy to find. Monday- Saturday some streets are limited by 1-2 hour signs or meters during the day only. Meters can be accessed with passport parking app. Pleasant street, behind the building never has any limits. There is a lot and garage within a 2-3 min walk you can park starting at $17/day. There is 15 min parking across the street for loading and unloading.

When using the deck please be aware that it is shared by one other unit and keep the noise level down

Main reserving guest must be 25 or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.

Please remove shoes when entering. Sorry if this is a pain but with the mud and snow we get in Maine you will understand why its a must.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.

Please turn down heat to 60 and a/c and lights off.

If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.

Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
