Alberta boasts an array of hot spots, from unique shops and delicious restaurants to cozy coffee shops and beautiful parks. The food scene on Alberta is unparalleled, offering a variety of options that will delight any foodie.



The Pacific Northwest is renowned for its outdoor activities, all within an hour's drive. Whether you're into hiking, biking, or exploring nature, there's something for everyone. Our quiet, cozy neighborhood is also conveniently close to Concordia University, perfect for visiting loved ones at the school.



Within walking distance, you'll find two fantastic food cart villages and several public transportation lines, making it easy to take a quick 25-minute ride into downtown Portland. Prefer to take an Uber? You're just a 10-15 minute drive away from the heart of the city.

🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 4 (Fessenden) runs along Williams and Vancouver avenues every 15 minutes with direct service to downtown (~15 min).

🚗 Driving — Free street parking is generally available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.
