Laundry is in the basement and is shared between the two booked units.



🪜 Stairs

Stairs are required for entry, and the top-floor unit requires additional stairs. This may not be a good fit for guests with mobility concerns or heavy luggage.



🚗 Parking

There is no private parking. Street parking is first-come and can be difficult around NW 23rd/Nob Hill, especially evenings and weekends.

10 PM - 7 AM (building + city ordinance)



🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.
