Clean room, most of the staff were great (Gabriella at Bellpine, Nico in the Club Lounge and Thomas are amazing and keeps us coming back). There were some female staff in the Lounge that were not very nice in regards to letting us take food and/or drinks to our room and told us that we are not allowed to do that? That was unpleasant and didn’t make sense to us when we saw others with to-go boxes taking food and beverage to their room. The amenities are wonderful though. Beautiful building and decor!
