Le Dimore del Mare are bright new two-room apartments for rent as 4-bed vacation homes in Porto Cesareo, in small complex located just outside the town of Torre Lapillo and very close to the sea.
 
Each two-room apartment is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, ceiling fans, electric oven, hair dryer, TV and mosquito nets. The washing machine is shared.
There are a total of three one-bedroom apartments, each with its own exclusive equipped outdoor space and parking space. Pets are allowed.

Each two-room apartment consists of 1 quad bedroom with double bed + bunk bed, kitchenette, bathroom shower, shaded outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining.
Each gazebo is for exclusive use, sheltered by partitions and hedges to ensure privacy.
Also available to guests are laundry room with shared sink and washing machine.
Car parking is possible in the garden. Each two-room apartment has its own parking space inside.

Le Dimore del Mare rise in a very quiet area, just outside the built-up area of Torre Lapillo and also very close to Torre Castiglione, in an area scented with Mediterranean scrub a few minutes from the sea and beaches.
The area falls within the Porto Cesareo Marine Protected Area. The sea is just 200 meters away and offers one of the most evocative stretches of the Ionian coast, with crystal-clear waters, sandy coves or low, practicable cliffs.
Just 900 meters away are the first equipped lidos. All the main services are just 1.5 km away, with shops, typical small restaurants also on the beach, public transport by bus.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared washing machine.
