Premium Suite is a brand new room for vacation rental in Torre Lapillo, equipped with all modern comforts and perfect to accommodate up to 3 / 4 people in a newly built complex with shared pool and equipped relaxation areas within a large and well-kept garden.
The luxury room is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, safe, TV, hair dryer, mini fridge, mosquito nets, blackout curtains, closet, electric kettle, towel warmer etc.
At guests` disposal, ample parking inside the Marelux complex. Breakfast included. Pets are allowed (specific cleaning fee).

Premium Suite is located on the second floor of the brand new vacation complex, Marelux Superios Suites, just minutes from the most beautiful sea in Salento.
The interiors are finished and furnished with care and fine details. The environment is comfortable and cozy, furnished with 1 double bed + 1 rollaway bunk bed.
The elegant design is made special by the crystal walls of the en suite shower room.
Breakfast is served in the garden.

Marelux
Superior Suites is the ideal place to experience a peaceful vacation,
just a few steps from the beautiful sea of Torre Lapillo and a few munti
from Porto Cesareo.
The Torre Lapillo coastline can also be
reached on foot, famous for its fine sand and turquoise transparent sea,
with a shallow seabed easily accessible by both adults and children.
The
beach closest to Marelux unrolls along one of the most beautiful
stretches of the Salento Ionian coast, along which there are also lidos
equipped with bars and terraces from which to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 10pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10.30 am). An extra payment of euro 20 is required for late check-in upon request (from 10pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of bed and bath linen, each 3 days
- Tidying up of accommodation, for day
- Breakfast included from 07:30 to 10:00.
- Shared Pool available from June to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The room is on the first floor of the complex.
- Shared large garden and relax areas.
-  One room of this type has a closed bathroom (rather than an open one).
