The solution is located on the ground floor of a small fenced residence. There is air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets on doors and windows, electric oven, electric kettle and refrigerator.

The Comfort Apartment is one of the apartments offered by Residence Julia, a complex with garden and driveway gate located within walking distance of Porto Cesareo`s seafront, accessible cliffs and the first sandy beach.
There are trees and manicured hedges in the large garden shared by all the apartments.
The vacation house is introduced by a lovely paved and covered veranda, furnished with a table and chairs, and a deckchair: a small oasis of quiet, of exclusive pertinence, where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors.
The apartment`s interior is airy, furnished with care. The entrance is a large living room furnished with table and chairs, TV, wicker lounge and 1 sofa.
Next to it is the modern, well-equipped kitchenette , in which there is also a washing machine. From here you exit to the back, where there is a pilozza and parking for the car, which is accessed directly through a driveway gate.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, both air conditioned. The fifth bed is a cot to be placed, upon request. Finally, there are 2 full shower rooms, one in the living area and one in the sleeping area.

The location is perfect for those who prefer to move on foot: both free and equipped beaches are very close, as well as the city center with all the main services.
In addition, it only takes a few steps to get to the seafront where every day you can enjoy exceptional sunsets over the sea.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The fiifth bed is a cot to be placed.
