Everything was great overall, but the check-in was 30 minutes late. Also, there is no hairdryer in the room; you have to pick it up at the reception, and they only allow you to use it for 40 minutes.

1 star stay, 5 star service

We stayed in this hotel for several days. Our air conditioning was not working properly so it was pretty hot throughout the night. In addition, the room was full of mosquitoes and me and my friend were bit throughout the night (despite using tons of mosquito repellent), making it almost impossible to sleep. However during our last night, we asked to be moved to another room and the staff graciously did in the middle of the night, plus got us fans for the room. The mosquito issue was still a problem but not as bad in the new room. However, I rated the staff services 5 stars because they were really accommodating regarding accommodations and information to make our vacation more pleasant. PS. Wifi is only available in the pool and lobby area, in case this is important to you.

A localização do hotel é excelente, próxima a vários clubes de praia, restaurantes e supermercados. O café da manhã é simples, mas muito saboroso. O único ponto negativo da nossa estadia foi termos ficado na parte antiga do hotel: o quarto era bem antigo e tinha um aspecto de sujo. Fora isso, foi tudo muito bom.
