Petit maison propre, parfait pour famille de 4 avec clime et vue sur la baie. Calme et facile pour se garer. Faut juste être prête à marcher 15 minutes pour rejoindre la plage.

Merveilleux séjour

Super maison très propre et très bien équipée. Le contact avec la propriétaire est vraiment super ainsi que la personne sur place. L'emplacement est vraiment top ainsi que la vue sur la baie de Santa Giulia.

Vue splendide

Villa très agréable sur les hauteurs de la baie de santa Giulia, la vue est magnifique, et l'espace jardin est très apprécié des enfants. La maison est fonctionnelle et le descriptif et les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Très facile de se garer au sein de la copropriété. Les échanges avec la propriétaire et la personne en charge en Corse sont très fluides et agréables. L'accès à la plage se fait en voiture ou à pieds mais dans cas prévoir le retour avec les enfants car 10 bonnes minutes de marche en montée.

vue parfaite sur la plage de santa Giulia

Nous avons passé à 5 adultes un magnifique séjour dans cette maison parfaitement située sur les hauteurs de la baie de Santa Giulia. Les photos sont très représentatives du lieu. L'appartement est très bien équipé à tout niveau. En plein mois d'Aout, on a apprecié la douche extèrieure, le barbecue, le salon exterieur bien abrité du soleil. Très bon échange avec la propriétaire et la responsable sur place. Une semaine inoubliable.

Vue comme dans vos rêves !

Maison très agréable, joliment décorée et vivante. La vue y est merveilleuse, le jardin superbe et le petit coin repos/apéro est absolument délicieux. Tout est fait pour que les vacances soient réussies. Très calme également.

Vue sur mer

Il est important de savoir qu’il faut 15 mn minimum pour accéder à la plage et non 8 mn. Il est impossible de manger dehors le soir invasion de moustiques, dernier détail, il y a une dizaine s’escalier À descendre pour accéder à la villa pas commode pour les personnes âgées ou lesPMR. Sinon le lieu est très agréable et l’environnemenr Aussi.

Vue splendide

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, et nous avons énormément apprécié la villa. L'environnement et la vue sont sublimes, et nous avons aussi apprécié le calme de la copropriété. L'annonce est très fidèle. L'équipement de la maison nous a entièrement satisfaits, notamment la literie, très propre, et de qualité, et nous avons apprécié pouvoir profiter de ces petits détails liés au fait que la maison est utilisée par son propriétaire, ce qui facilite l'installation. Nous avons apprécié faire des barbecues sous l'olivier (la vue pour le cuistot est quand même exceptionnelle !)

Semaine dans le sud

Après 1 semaine en Balagne, nous nous sommes posés dans le Sud. Santa Giulia est une baie magnifique. ne vous attendez pas par contre à être seul à la plage. la plage est accessible à pied mais attention si vous avez des touts petits car la remontée est plus dure. tôt le matin, la plus jolie partie de la plage s'accède par la route Vers Bonifacio (Prix 5€) ou le parking Hotel Moby dick. Sinon, il y a un parking gratuit en descendant la pente depuis la résidence vers la plage et en tournant au feu à droite. Nous étions entre adultes et alternions 1j de plage, 1j de visite et 1j de rando donc idéal. La résidence est très calme, les chambres sont non climatisées mais pourvues de ventilateurs. Nous dormions sans. les petits déj sur la terrasse sympa: nous n'avons pu utiliser les parasols que 2j en raison du vent et dînions le soi en intérieur à cause d'agaçantes guêpes (c'est la nature). Le soir, présence de moustique en raison de l'étang de Santa Giulia proche : il y avait heureusement des anti moustiques. Pour conclure, le Nord de la Corse (Nous étions à Aregno) nous a semblé plus "Sympa" et authentique avec moins de monde et de très belles plages près de l'île rousse (2€50 le parking). le Sud est plus balnéaire, plage et soleil.

posizione fantastica

La casa si trova in ottima posizione, bellissima vista e spiaggia meravigliosa raggiungibile a piedi (al ritorno si fa un po' di fitness in salita). La casa è spaziosa, ben organizzata e fornita di tutto ciò che serve. Noi eravamo in due famiglie, gli spazi vanno bene per 4 adulti e 4 bambini anche se il divano letto in sala non è particolarmente comodo né funzionale se si vuole richiudere durante il giorno. Il giardino esterno permette di vivere molto all'aperto e anche la doccia esterna è un vero jolly.

Sehr schöne Lage - Alles da was man braucht

Das Haus liegt 900m oberhalb des Meeres/Strandes sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Distanz sollte nicht unterschätzt werden; um an den Strand zu gelangen muss man einer relativ stark befahrenen, schmalen Strasse entlang rauf/runter. Für Kinder oder ältere Menschen wohl eher mühsam. Das Häuschen selbst war ok und ist gut ausgerüstet. (Für unseren Geschmack allerdings fast etwas zu viel Geräte/Utensilien in der Küche; Zudem waren diese nicht sehr sauber (fühlten sich teilweise etwas fettig an. Das Häuschen bietet grundsätzlich genügend Platz. Die Badezimmer/ Toiletten sind ziemlich neu, platzmässig aber sehr eng. Für 5 Personen war aber grundsätzlich genügend Platz.

Très agréable maison avec jolie vue mer, bien équipée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous avons juste rencontré quelques difficultés pour faire fonctionner le four mais le reste était parfait.
