Very clean and modern. Great location. Staff were really friendly. However the continental breakfast was really poor. I would expect cold meats, cheeses, yogurt, granola, fruit etc especially as they bill themselves as a boutique hotel. However all we were offered was cheap cereal and breads with an apple or orange and a hot drink. It was very basic and we felt a bit cheated. I
