The towels in the room had a few stains in them. The room was dark and i needed to use my phone flashlight to enjoy a table top game. The thermastat was difficult as we tried to turn the air on because it was warm in there. When we called to the front desk, they said they didnt have a fan and the maintenance guy was off duty. The breakfast buffet was definitely overpriced. Who puts dry baked chicken out for breakfast at 8am. I feel like it just stayed there from the night before. I paid way too much money for this hotel and wont be back.

Was not told internet was down upon check in. After call told it would be fixed by morning. It was down our entire stay. No communication with hotel guess at all. My trip with granddaughter was shop and watch movies that did’t happen. Also loud party on 17th floor we could not sleep. Please learn how to communicate with your staff what is happening at your hotel.

The room was very nice, although the refrigerator in my room didn't initially work. I advised staff and they promptly took care of it. The view was amazing and it was a very peaceful stay. Would definitely stay here again

The rooms were clean and each overlooks the Elizabeth River towards Norfolk's waterside which was beautiful at night. The restaurant food was delicious and all staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel isn't in an area where there weren't any undesirable folks hanging around si it felt very safe to walk around at night.
