Near to the seafront.

Lovely hotel annexe I think describes it better. Had a big ground floor room with a big shower cubicle! Need to go over the road for breakfast. Not a great problem unless it’s raining. Had excellent Eggs Royale for breakfast. Nice coffee. The pub belonging to the group is up the road approximately 100 meters. Maybe less.
