The gourmet kitchen serves as a natural gathering place, featuring top-tier appliances including a professional-grade gas range and oversized refrigerator along with high-end cookware and an island with bar seating for four. From here, conversations flow easily into the adjacent sitting area and living room, while the dining space is perfectly positioned for sunset dinners overlooking the river and surrounding mountains.



The home offers endless ways to unwind. Spend your days launching from the dock, preparing alfresco meals on the grill, or soaking in the warmth of the private hot tub as the evening sky fills with stars. The dock has AC, power, and a water hose available, but you must bring your own ropes. There is no boat launch specific to the home. The water is over 10 feet deep and swimming is allowed.
